All reservations must be booked and paid for online. The individual making the reservation must be at least 18 years old, must provide accurate contact information, and must remain responsible for the bay and all guests throughout the reservation. Minors must remain under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. A maximum of four golfers may use one bay unless The Proper Hack approves a larger group or private event in advance. Larger groups should reserve additional bays. Reservations begin and end at the scheduled times. Customers may enter shortly before their reservation as permitted by their access code, but the simulator and bay may be used only during the reserved period. Late arrival does not extend the reservation. Additional time may be purchased through the booking system only when the bay remains available. Access codes are unique to the reservation and may not be shared with anyone outside the registered party. Customers may not admit unregistered individuals or provide access to anyone arriving for a different reservation. The reservation holder is responsible for guests, appropriate conduct, cleanup, and damage caused by the group beyond ordinary wear. Only clean golf clubs and clean, unmarked golf balls may be used. Metal spikes, smoking, vaping, alcohol, unsafe play, tampering with computers or equipment, and unauthorized commercial instruction are prohibited. Customers must follow all posted facility and safety rules. The Proper Hack may end a session without refund when customers engage in unsafe conduct, misuse equipment, share access credentials, exceed occupancy limits, or otherwise violate facility policies.

Memberships are issued to one named individual and are nontransferable. The member must be present during any reservation booked using membership benefits. Guests may accompany the member, subject to the guest and occupancy limits of the applicable membership plan and reservation. Membership fees are automatically charged each month to the payment method on file until canceled. Members may cancel through their online account at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period. Membership fees are nonrefundable and will not be prorated. Included or complimentary hours must be used during the applicable billing cycle. Unused hours expire and do not roll over, have cash value, or transfer to another person. The standard reservation cancellation policy applies to all membership reservations. Hours used for late cancellations or no-shows are forfeited. Booking windows, peak-hour eligibility, daily usage limits, active-reservation limits, guest privileges, discounts, and included hours vary by membership plan. Additional time and applicable peak-hour charges will be billed at the rates shown when the reservation is made. Membership benefits and facility access may be suspended following a failed payment. The Proper Hack may suspend or terminate a membership for access-code sharing, misuse of membership benefits, unsafe conduct, property damage, or violation of facility policies. Membership prices or benefits may be changed for future billing periods with at least 30 days’ notice.
